I will not lie.  I have been looking forward to this commission all week. This is of Janelle, who is very into 20’s and 30’s black and white movie sirens like Jean Harlow.  This drawing is going to be pretty great. I’ll probably end up doing this as a tighter pencil, just to soften the feel. I don’t think the ink will do it justice. I’ll spend the balance of the day tomorrow painting it and giving it that 1930’s feel.  Hopefully it will come out the way I envision it in my head. More soon…
